行政組戲偶管理

畢業於樹德科技大學藝術管理與藝術經紀系，2021年起投入戲偶維護與收納管理工作。早期以實習生身份參與戲偶製作、演出與活動執行，累積完整的演出與行政經驗。

2024年參與「國際偶戲職人學校」專業學程，使操偶技術更接近製偶技術，並逐步將其轉化為探索每個戲偶創作與互動可能的能量。

其角色就像一個「移動的戲偶道具圖鑑」，從創作、製作、維護到收納，經驗相輔相成地累積與成長。現職於無獨有偶工作室擔任戲偶管理兼製偶助理。

Tang Beier

Puppet Operations Coordinator

Tang Beier graduated from the Department of Art Management and Agent at Shu-Te University. Since 2021, Tang has been engaged in puppet maintenance and storage management. In her earlier career, she participated as an intern in puppet building, puppeteering, and event execution, gaining comprehensive experience in both artistic and administrative work.

In 2024, Tang joined the professional program at the International Academy of Puppet Arts, further bridging the gap between puppeteering and puppet building, and transforming that connection into a driving force for exploring the creative and interactive potential of every puppet.

Tang describes her role as a “mobile encyclopedia of puppets and props,” with experience accumulated and intertwined across creation, puppet building, maintenance, and preservation. She is currently working at The Puppet & Its Double Theatre as a puppet manager and puppet building assistant.
