中山大學藝術管理研究所畢業，2012 年加入無獨有偶劇團。專注於行銷企劃、專案管理與演出事務統籌，擁有跨政府機構、基金會與文化場館的協作經驗。

曾負責文化部駐館計畫、文化部藝文陪伴資源平台暨駐點計畫、國家文化藝術基金會表演藝術行銷平台、藝教於樂、及中國信託「夢想家圓夢工程」等大型專案，涵蓋行政管理、行銷規劃、節目執行、跨單位協調與專案管理等範疇。持續強化無獨有偶的組織能量與公共服務能量

Liang Ya-ting

Development Manager

With a Master’s degree from the Institute of Arts Management (now merged into the Department of Theater Arts) at National Sun Yat-sen University, Liang Ya-ting joined The Puppet & Its Double Theatre in 2012. She specializes in marketing planning, project management, and performance administration, with extensive collaboration experience across government agencies, cultural foundations, and arts venues.

She has managed major national projects, including the Ministry of Culture’s Artist-in-Residence Program, the Cultural Participation Resource Platform and Residency Program, the National Culture and Arts Foundation’s Marketing Platform for Performing Arts, the Arts Education Program Art is Fun, and the Dreams Initiatives Project by CTBC Foundation for Arts and Culture. Her work spans administrative management, marketing strategy, program execution, inter-agency coordination, and project supervision, continuously strengthening the organization’s operational capacity and public-service reach at The Puppet & Its Double Theatre.
