行政總監

無獨有偶工作室劇團與利澤國際偶戲藝術村聯合創辦人，現任無獨有偶工作室劇團行政總監。自1992年起投身劇場，以縝密的行政統籌與創意能量，推動偶戲在教育、文化與社區的多元實踐。

曾麗真擅長公眾參與的偶戲策展，曾主持駐館媒合計畫、藝教於樂、基層巡演、偶戲聯演、國際偶戲交流等大型文化專案之行政統籌，具跨域整合與公部門協作的豐富經驗。

深耕教育推廣外，其專業製作能力為劇團創作能量的堅實後盾，支撐劇團從創作到落實的環節，讓藝術創作穩定發展並拓展國際影響力。以敏銳的文化視野串連藝術教育、地方與國際交流，推動臺灣當代偶戲的永續發展。

Executive Director

Tseng Li-chen is the co-founder of The Puppet & Its Double Theatre and the Lize Puppet Art Colony, she currently serves as the Executive Director of The Puppet & Its Double Theatre. Since 1992, she has been dedicated to theatre work, advancing the diverse development of puppetry in education, culture, and community contexts through meticulous administrative coordination and creative leadership.

Specializing in puppetry curation with public participation, she has led major cultural programs including artist residency matchmaking projects, arts-in-education initiatives, grassroots touring performances, puppet repertory collaborations, and international puppetry exchanges. Her work reflects extensive experience in interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration with public sectors.

Beyond her deep commitment to arts education and outreach, her professional production management provides essential support to the theatre’s creative work—sustaining a stable environment in which artistic ideas can develop and expand globally. With an acute cultural perspective, she bridges arts education, local communities, and international networks, contributing to the sustainable development of contemporary puppetry in Taiwan.
